New construction of a maximum building size of 327,300 gross square feet at a total construction cost of $134,000,000.00. The Spencer Fox School of Medicine Building will include a gross anatomy lab that will support up to 150 students, a body donor program including cadaver storage, high fidelity, flexible simulation facilities to support task trainers, mannequins, specialized environments such as Operating Rooms, virtual reality, 3-D printing, gaming, and applications development to support simulation and training, conference facilities, problem-based learning classrooms with state of the art technology, new office solutions to support an increasingly mobile workforce, food service to support and serve as a magnet on the core campus, lobby/exhibition space, medical student study and support area, School of Medicine Dean's office functions and green/gathering space at the exterior of the building. Additional Services: Simulation/Lab Planning, AV System, AV Antenna, Seismic Design for Non-Structural Electrical and Mechanical Components, Acoustical Engineering, Security Systems, LEED Silver, Food Services, and Pre-Program Scope Addition.
